I am ve...Luckily we don't have the allergy issues. I am very thankful but feel bad for families like you that have to endure it. We do incorporate lots of fruits and veggies into the little guys diet and he loves it - actually prefers it to meat. I think there's a vegetarian in the making here. Does he get things like popsicles, ice cream, cookies, etc from time to time? Absolutely. But everything in moderation is good.<BR/><BR/>I have friends that balk because Eriks is very rarely allowed to have juice. I just don't want him consuming a lot of sugar every day. Although I'm finding that Crystal Light and the Sugar-Free Kool-Aid is pretty tasty. So he has milk and water most days. <BR/><BR/>Eriks does what he enjoys. I'm not grooming him to be something he might not want to become. He starts pre-K on Monday. I'm scared but happy because he really needs to start gaining some independence.<BR/><BR/>As long as he's happy and healthy the rest will fall into place.
